This is perfect for larger businesses that have different teams and want to stay relevant online. Plus new hires can come in without re-photographing the whole team.

Lifestyle/Branding Sessions

Branding sessions capture working professionals in their everyday work environment, whether it be an office or a workshop or other location. These sessions are natural and creative way to show viewers who you are, what you do, & where you do it.

They include individual headshots as well as group shots (either posed or working or a mix - we’ll collaborate on this vision. Branding sessions can also be in studio and we plan for you to bring props and plan different backdrops for a clean look.

Full Day Rate (6 hours) - Up to 10 Employees - 125 Digital Images - 5000
Half Day Rate (3 hours) - Up to 5 Employees - 75 Digital Images - 3000
Quick Day Rate (1.5 hours) - Up to 2 Employees - 35 Digital Images - 1500

All sessions include high resolution retouched final images via digital download with copyright release.

You will get to choose which final images you prefer from an online gallery. The gallery will be available within 5 business days after the shoot and final images delivered within 3-5 business days of the final choices made.

I also offer Cut-Out options, allowing you to create custom backgrounds for your website, marketing materials, or branded content.

Most professional headshot sessions are quick and efficient, typically lasting 10–15 minutes plus the time to choose your favorites. The whole headshot process takes about 30-40 minutes if you're able to view photos immediately after taking them.

If you’d like multiple looks or poses, plan for extra time.

When will I receive my headshots or branding images?

For individual headshots, you can expect your final image within 48 hours.

For team or employee headshots, turnaround may be slightly longer depending on the season, but most galleries are delivered within 7–10 days.
