Xander Steven

It's a special feature this week! Meet my new nephew, Xander Steven Peters. He was fresh out of the oven and oh so squishy sweet! He's almost a month old already. His mommy is my little sister Chelsea and his daddy is her beau Dylan.

We are so excited to have this new little guy in our lives! Mommy and Daddy didn't want to find out his gender before he was born so we anxiously awaited his arrival. He had us on pins and needles an entire day. I was there for almost all of it, but I decided to throw in the towel and start the long journey home from Cedar Falls about 11pm that night and shortly after I got home he blessed us with his presence. Can you believe the little smirk I got out of him! Melt my baby lovin' heart!

Mommy, Daddy, and Xander are getting along great so far as a new family of three! They enjoy long walks down the isles at Target and having fashion shows all day with the constant attire changes. It's the little things you forget about! No doubt Mom and Dad are getting their fill of snuggles and smiles, soaking in every ounce of this lovable infant stage. It sure makes this aunt miss the little guy! There is just something wonderful about nieces and nephews...
