There is always a home improvement project going on at our house. It has proved to be a never ending task that my husband and I like (most of the time) to tackle together. Maybe a more accurate description would be Reed working and me supervising... We have a little acreage east of town that we have loved making our own! We enjoy having grill outs with friends and family in the summer. I truly love the chaos of kids running around playing and just being little, which would explain why I also love the challenge of working with kids! Their personalities are the best part, the ornerier the better!! As a family we love anything outdoors, boating, kayaking, 4-wheeling, camping. I'm hoping that Carson becomes an outdoorsman after being drug along on all of our adventures! Unfortunately my love of animals has NOT rubbed off on him. He is totally uninterested in cows, which are my favorite, or each spring when I add baby ducks or chickens to our farm.

When I'm able to snag some "me" time and I'm forced to stay inside I enjoy snuggling up with a good book and even better chocolate! It's the little things in life that make my heart happy.
