Zach walked into his senior session with an open mind and zero nerves, which set the tone right away. That kind of energy creates space for creativity, and it showed throughout the entire experience. One of the things he shared afterward was how much he appreciated our ability to adjust on the fly and make his ideas work. That flexibility matters to us, because every senior deserves a session that feels personal and reflective of who they truly are.
Understanding, kind, and fun to be around are the words he used to describe himself, and they fit perfectly. This bright senior genuinely enjoys being around people, takes time to listen to different perspectives, and believes in finding the fun wherever he goes. That balance of thoughtfulness and positivity shows up naturally, whether he is spending time with friends, stepping into leadership roles, or trying something new.
High school was full and fast paced in the best way. Between football, basketball, soccer, and involvement in Student Senate, his schedule stayed busy. Managing athletics alongside leadership opportunities takes discipline and commitment, and he handled both with confidence. Math was always his favorite subject, mostly because it came easily to him, which gave him a space where he could feel capable and challenged at the same time.
When asked who he looks up to most, his answer was simple and heartfelt. His mom. Zach shared how she guides him and is always there when he needs help. That steady support has helped shape his passion for leadership. To this conscientious senior, strong character is built by being a good leader, and leadership means showing respect, being understanding, and setting the example.
Not every lesson in high school was easy though. Learning that systems can sometimes be unfair was eye opening, especially after being pulled into a situation where he proved he was not in the wrong. Still, those moments gave him perspective. If he could go back and talk to his freshman year self, he would say not to try to fit in just to make friends. Be yourself, and the real connections will follow.
Looking ahead, business is the path that feels right. The goal is to build something of his own and eventually be his own boss. For now, this kind and thoughtful young man is excited to enjoy the college experience and see where life takes him next. We loved getting to photograph him and hear his story. If you are a senior who wants a session that feels creative, relaxed, and true to who you are, we would love to start that conversation with you.
